Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here is what you need to know about deleting your GroupBuy Kenya account.
How to Delete
- Open the GroupBuy Android Application.
- Navigate to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap the Delete Account button.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your identity.
- Your account will be processed for deletion immediately.
What Happens Next
- Profile: Your name, email, and phone number are permanently erased from our active user database.
- Notifications: All personal notifications are hard-deleted.
- Transactions: Financial records are anonymized. We redact your personal information but retain the transaction log for financial and regulatory audit purposes.
- Authentication: Your login credentials are removed from our identity provider.

If you are unable to access the app or encounter issues during the deletion process, please email our support team directly. We will verify your identity and process the request manually within 48 hours.
Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your order history and active deals.
